Yieldpartners

Yieldpartners is a young Dutch yield management agency. It is a product from its mother company: Monetizing Partners (Monpar) and they aqcuired "Revenue Max", a start-up from Germany. They created an advertisement platform for SME's and Yieldpartners would be the renewed ad platform based on the technology that was acquired from "Revenue Max".

The first step in this project was creating new wireframes based on an existing platform using Sketch 3.0 and Illustrator CC. The challenge here was that we had to keep the basic technological frame from the application intact in order to finish the new platform within six months.

The second step was creating a total of 20 pages based on the new wireframes. Flat design was an important design aspect as the client wanted to create a platform that looked and felt as modern as possible. This was necessary because from a frond-end perspective they did not want any affiliation with the old platform.

The third step was coordinating the new design and application flow with the development team in the Netherlands and in Germany. Within six months the new platform was live and already running ad campaigns.
