Mercado.cr

Mercado.cr is an online marketplace. The first design had to be focussed on the Spanish market but the website will eventually launch in 8 different languages.

The first step was to create a wireframe with Sketch 3.0 and Illustrator CC. The challenge with this design was the fact that it had to be fully responsive and the client needed a design in which all "Sale" elements where floating within each page of the website.

The second step was realizing the wireframes in Photoshop CC. During this phase a small set of custom icons had to be created in order to visualize the Key Performance Indicators of the website. As well as a good placement of photos and information in order to streamline the "buying" process.

Everything was built with a responsive grid in mind to make it perfectly usable on Desktop and laptop computers as well as tablets and smartphones.
